Hurricane Florence Update
Mayne Pharma Inc/Metrics Contract Services would like you to know our thoughts are with the impacted residences of eastern North Carolina and all affected by Hurricane Florence.
We are happy to report that our Greenville, NC facility is back to normal operations today, Monday, September 17, 2018. The campus did not lose power and had no wind or water damage from the storm.
Greenville Site Closed – Safety of Employees
As Hurricane Florence approaches the NC coastline, Mayne Pharma Inc/Metrics Contract Services management has made the decision close the Greenville, NC facility at 3pm on Thursday, September 13th with the intention of resuming operations on Monday, September 17th. The decision comes primarily for the safety of our staff, allowing them to be with their families and personal property during the height of the storm.
Mayne Pharma Inc. / Metrics Contract Services has and continues to carefully monitor the national weather reports and communicate with local authorities regarding the approach of Hurricane Florence to eastern North Carolina. The facilities in Greenville, NC are properly outfitted with back-up generators and power sources to maintain critical utility systems including primary warehousing and stability chambers. Over the last few days, the staff of our site have been diligently working through our storm preparedness checklists to secure our facility. Our primary focus is on the safety of our employees and we are taking every precaution to assure our operation will remain as safe and secure as possible. Currently we are operating as close to business as usual as possible. We anticipate the potential for some disruption to daily activities over the coming days. We will continue to monitor the storm and provide updates to our clients as needed related to any changes in operations.
